About Me:

Laid back, crazy, funny and honest. I am a woman who is highly favored in the Lord. I am the proud mother of two adorable, healthy, loving, energetic, free spirited children. I continue to surround myself with fun, loving, educated, drama free, honest, hard working people. How Can I Contribute?: I am a teacher who has a particular interest in improving the accessibility of resources too teach African American Art and Art History. As a result of my own experiences, I am familiar with the lack of resources, art books and curriculum to children, to our children in the Public School Sector. I am convinced that increasing student access to art education can make the difference between despondency and hope. I want to pursue my life-mission: to enrich, develop, and teach understanding and the enjoyment of art. I would like to teach our children to have an active appreciation of the arts.
